SUBJECT:                 CONDITION MODIFIED YANKEE

The Captain of the Port has ordered Hurricane Port Readiness Condition MODIFIED YANKEE for the Port of Miami effective 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.  During this period, all cargo operations must cease.  There will be no vessel traffic, no truck traffic, no transfer of containers and no bunkers.  Cruise passenger operations will continue unless safety dictates otherwise.

Please ensure appropriate action is taken.  We will continue to monitor the storm and will advise as information is made available.
