****  Compensation on FCL will be paid as a percentage of the Bottom line
(Bottom line is defined as the base Ocean Freight, Bunker Surcharge, U.S. Handling and Foreign Port Charges ONLY)
The bottom line EXCLUDES any other charges such as: forwarder advances, insurance, drayage, inland, intermodal
charges and documentation charges.
Except La Romana which is 2.5% of the NET Ocean Freight.
***   No commission is paid on interport and northbound moves.
***  Compensation on LCL will be paid on 5% of the base Ocean Freight.
***   Applicable only to LCL Commodities 50 & 60 (Mixed Commodity Rates)
1.25% commission on NET Ocean Freight excluding B/L fees or any other third party fees.
***  Compensation on Break Bulk cargo will be paid on 1.25% of the Bottom Line

	charges, chains and binders and documentation charges
*** Freight forwarder must send invoice and A/R statement to the attention of Antillean Marine A/P department in order to receive payment for
freight forwardeds commission.
