	Effective April 29th, 2008:
	When a rate is not available in the tariff for any particular size of equipment, the rate for the Ocean Freight
	and the Bunker will be prorated based on the charge per linear foot of the container that is closest in size
	to the container being rated, rounded off to the next integer.

	Effective date: 05/15/2010
	Following the damages caused by the earthquake in Haiti earlier this year, the US Army hired floating barges
	to load and discharge the vessels calling Port Au Prince making it available at no cost to all operators.
	Starting April 15 2010, the US Army contract ends and a private company OPR (Operateurs Portuaires Reunis)
	has taken over the lease.
	As a result, Antillean Marine must increase the Haiti Surcharge by $100.00 in order to cover the expenses
	of this operational cost increase. This increase will also be prorated at $10 W/M for loose cargo.

As a result of the increased costs associated with low sulfur fuels  and in order to comply with the government
imposed emission control regulations which are changing on January 1, 2015 in North America,
a new Low Sulfur Fuel Charge will become effective on January 5th, 2015.
