Rates indicated by W/M or WM are optional weight or measurement rates and the rate yielding the greater revenue 
will be charged. (M) applies for every 40 cubic feet and (W) for every 2,000 pounds. Where rates are applicable per unit, 
the wording "Per Unit" will appear next to the amount shown.

Storage for Loose Cargo:          
Storage fee shall be assessed against Import and Export Automobiles, Buses, Trucks, Trailers, Boats, Heavy Equipment, 
House Trailers, and Campers and/or cargo therein, remaining in the yard after expiration of free time. Free time begins at 08:00 A.M. 
on the first working day after placement of said cargo in the terminal.    
             
Import/Export free time period and storage fees:

Non-containerized cargo received for export and remaining in storage for a period exceeding 15 calendar days prior to its export 
will be assessed a storage fee per day, retroactive to the date of receipt @ 20.00 per day  
Non-containerized cargo received for export and later canceled, will be charged a storage fee per day commencing from the date 
of receipt @ $30.00 per day          
             
Charges for preparation for storm or tropical weather:      
In cases where advance warnings that storms of hurricane intensity are expected to pass over or near the port, the following charges
 will apply to all cargo stored within PET.

Extended Working Hours (Late Gate):          
Late gate applies for containers received after working hours (after 5 PM). Late gates must be requested and pre-approved in advance.
             
Late gate charge    $700.00 per hour (minimum $150.00 per container)
             
In & Out:            
Export re-delivery fee. Applicable in the event an export container requires re-delivery to its shipper.

Overweight:            
Overweight or improperly balanced containers that may represent a safety hazard to port operations are subject to overweight fines 
 and may be required to be sent back to the shipper to remove/re-distribute the freight.  
             
Overweight charge

For containers that exceed maximum over the road weight limitations as per DOT regulations, shipper is subject to pay all costs
associated with trans-loading charges as per PET’s tariff and any additional ocean freight or in/out charges for the excess of cargo 
as per Antillean's Tariff            
             
Wood Packaging Materials:          
In case where Wood Packaging Materials (WPM) Stamps are not immediately visible during a CBP-AQI or USDA tail gate WPM 
 WPM cargo compliance, the fee for this service is as follows:      
             
1 to 5 pallets or fork-lift able crates   $165.00      
6 to 10 pallets or fork-lift able crates   $250.00      
11 to 15 pallets or fork-lift able crates   $360.00      
16 to 20 pallets or fork-lift able crates   $470.00      
21 to 25 pallets or fork-lift able crates   $580.00      
             
Rollover fee:            
If a shipper decides to change the date of loading from a particular sailing after the cargo has been received at the port,
a rollover fee will be charged for export containers that are requested to stay at the port for a later sailing.

Special Handling Charge (Extra Labor):          
             
When large or unusual loose pieces of freight are received for shipment, there will be a special handling charge of $18.00 W/M and/or
time will be billed at $1750.00 per hour subject to a minimum charge of one hour. After one hour, charge will be assessed per quarter hour.
